Beschrijving
The GT-1000CORE carries the internal processing of the flagship GT-1000 in a small stompbox. It runs at a 96 kHz sampling rate with 32-bit AD/DA conversion and 32-bit floating-point processing. A single patch can hold up to 24 effects blocks, including two amps at once, with series and parallel routing options. Sounds are built around AIRD amp modelling, classic BOSS effects, vintage stomps and MDP effects, and there is a dedicated bass mode with its own preamps and effects.
Storage covers 250 user and 250 preset memories, plus 16 slots for WAV speaker impulse responses. A looper records up to 38 seconds in mono or 19 seconds in stereo. A Stompbox feature lets common effect settings be shared across several patches. Version 2.0 added three high-gain amp types (X-Ultra, X-Optima, X-Titan), six bass preamps and two drive effects.
On the back there are two send/return loops, stereo outputs, two jacks for expression pedals or footswitches, and TRS MIDI in/out. A USB port works as a multi-channel audio/MIDI interface for recording and re-amping. BOSS Tone Studio software for Windows and macOS handles editing and Liveset sharing.
