Beschrijving

The K52 is a pair of closed-back, over-ear headphones for studio tracking, mixing and monitoring. Its 40mm drivers cover 18 Hz to 20 kHz, with a low-impedance design that lets it run from professional gear as well as portable players. The closed enclosure limits sound leaking out into open microphones and keeps outside noise down.

The headband adjusts itself to the wearer, so there is no sizing mechanism to set. The exposed band and lightweight build keep the weight at 200 g, and the ear pads encircle the ear and can be replaced. A single-sided cable keeps movement free. The cable has been tested through 80,000 bend cycles at each end, and the drivers have been tested with repeated 3W bursts.

Connection is through a fixed 2.5m cable ending in a 3.5mm (1/8") TRS plug. A snap-on 6.3mm (1/4") adaptor is supplied for studio gear. The headphones are not foldable and come in matte black.
