Beschrijving
The Dual Terror is a valve guitar amplifier head with two independent channels. One channel uses the Tiny Terror gain structure, and the other is the Fat channel, which has a rounder, fuller voice with more low-end warmth and mids. Each channel has its own Gain, Tone and Volume controls.
Output power can be switched between 30, 15 and 7 watts RMS. Lower settings change both volume and how soon the amp breaks up, so the same head can be used for bedroom practice, recording or a loud stage. The signal path is all valve: four ECC83/12AX7 tubes in the preamp and four EL84s in the power amp.
The head connects to speaker cabinets through a single 8 ohm output, a single 16 ohm output, or two 16 ohm outputs. It weighs 9.75 kg and has a carry handle. FS-1 and FS-2 footswitches are listed as related accessories.
