DRM215

The DRM215 is a 15-inch powered loudspeaker built around a 1600W Class-D amplifier, a high-excursion woofer and a 1.4-inch titanium diaphragm compression driver. An onboard DSP module applies FIR filtering, crossovers and time alignment to correct driver and horn anomalies before the signal reaches the speakers.

Settings are handled through a colour display and a single control knob. The display shows levels and clipping, and gives access to a 3-band parametric EQ, venue voicing modes (Live, Monitor, Club, Speech, plus an independent Sub mode with variable crossover), alignment delay, a screensaver with dimmer and contrast control, and a 4-digit passcode system lock. Up to 6 user presets can be saved and recalled.

The cabinet is 15 mm plywood with internal bracing, a textured coating and a powder-coated steel grille. Its ported design also cools the amplifier. It has two inputs that accept mic, line or instrument signals, a stereo 1/8-inch aux input and XLR direct outs per channel plus a mix out. The angled cabinet allows floor-monitor use, a dual-angle pole mount is provided, and 8 M10 flypoints allow vertical flying.
