The Sub Air is a slim bass-reflex subwoofer built around an 8" (21 cm) woofer with a cellulose pulp cone. It is driven by an integrated 150 W BASH amplifier. The bass-reflex profile raises the driver's power handling and helps spread bass evenly through the listening room. Its response reaches down to 35 Hz at -6 dB.
The cabinet is flat and compact, measuring 410 x 360 x 160 mm and weighing 7.65 kg, so it can be placed in many kinds of rooms. It is offered in a black finish.
Connection to the rest of the system is wireless. A small transmitter box plugs into the back of the amplifier, so no long cable run is needed. The subwoofer wakes when signal arrives and switches itself off automatically when there is no sound. The input panel provides Left/Right and LFE inputs.
