Beschrijving

The C104 is a side-address large-diaphragm condenser microphone built around a 22 mm electret capsule with a cardioid pickup pattern. A transformerless FET circuit gives it a low noise floor and a wide dynamic range. It is positioned for vocals, speech, acoustic instruments, amps and percussion in project studios, broadcast, podcasting, streaming and web conferencing.

Specified response runs from 20 Hz to 20 kHz, with a sensitivity of 13.5 mV/Pa, self-noise of 14 dB(A) SPL and a maximum SPL of 143 dB for 0.5% THD. The body is made from 100% recycled PIR metals and alloys, and the packaging is recyclable.

The microphone connects through a 3-pin XLR output (pin 2 hot) and needs 48 V phantom power from an interface, mixer or preamp, drawing up to 5 mA. It ships with an H81 screw-on stand mount.
